Terms of use

Effective November 3, 2026. Cellcraft is an independent learning service owned and operated by Chip Sineath. Contact: chip.sineath92@gmail.com.

The service

Cellcraft provides spreadsheet practice, learning feedback, fictional datasets, downloads, progress tools, and course-completion records. The current public beta curriculum is free. No subscription or automatic charge is created by signing in. Any future paid offer will state its price and conditions before a purchase.

Your account and work

Use an account you control and keep your sign-in secure. Use truthful completion and certificate details. Do not impersonate another learner, forge credentials, bypass completion checks, disrupt the service, or attempt to access another person’s records. We may restrict abusive use or revoke a credential obtained through manipulation.

Do not enter confidential business information, sensitive personal data, or material you lack permission to use. Practice with the supplied fictional datasets. Public credential links reveal the learner name and completion details described in our privacy notice.

Learning materials

You may use the exercises and downloaded workbooks for your own learning and ordinary internal practice. Cellcraft’s original lessons, art, interface, and materials remain protected by their applicable rights. Do not resell our materials, republish the course as your own, or falsely imply a partnership. Contact us about broader classroom, training, or commercial distribution.

Feedback and reliability

The simulator implements a defined subset of Excel. Feedback, explanations, and generated workbooks can contain errors. Check important calculations in the spreadsheet application you use, and tell us about problems. The service may change, be unavailable, or lose data; use the available export tools to keep copies of important work.

Completion certificates

Certificates document completion of the Cellcraft course requirements recorded for the course version shown. They do not establish identity through proctoring, confer accredited status, award Microsoft certification, or guarantee professional competence, employment, income, or acceptance by another organization. Corrections and misuse reports may result in an updated or revoked verification record.

Independent service

Cellcraft is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft, Excel Exercises, or Boot.dev. Microsoft Excel is a Microsoft trademark. Other product names belong to their respective owners.

Changes and questions

We will update this page when these terms change. Material changes to account or payment conditions will be communicated through the service where appropriate. These terms do not remove rights you have under applicable law. Please contact us with questions or to close an account.
